Sounds cool but i think Vito used way less gain than that, and more mids.

I think that's the best tone I've heard you do with the AxeFx...for my taste!

Sam, seems like the Uber model is your go to sound if I remember your other patches you've posted correctly?

UnF@@king real. That was the best direct recording sound i've heard yet.
Now , does anyone know what real Celestion spekers Vitto used on the Pride album ?

I wouldn't say way less gain. I actually had the drive at around 4 on the amp block and no SPC on my guitar. The lowest gain I've done a clip with yet...I thought you'd be proud...lol.

While I was tweaking through the studio monitors I also had the original recording sitting on a track in PT's so I could get the mids right. No way are they perfect, but I think you'd be shocked at how high I had the mids boosted on a parametric block...the exact opposite of my regular patches.
However I admit to being slightly deficient in the ear department :)

I think if you played through this patch you'd think there actually wasn't a whole lot of gain...at least compared to my regular presets.

I will post the preset tomorrow :)

In the same sense that Richard Simmons is deficient in the gay department maybe.

Sounds amazing as usual. Your clips make me want an Axe, but I doubt I'd be able to make it sound as good as you do.

Vitto Bratta eat your heart out.

Nice tone. I'm thinking that I need to seriously look at one of those AxeFx doodads.

Sounds awesome. Working up the solo to Little fighter right now myself.

You seem to be having a lot of fun with your axe FX.

Almost as much fun as a 48, almost 49 year old dude can have with a black box :)

Playing was very cool, but I don't think it sound very close to the original. It's not smooth enough and seems to be missing mids?

Before I recorded it I put the original WL song on a stereo track in PT's with the project and a/b'ed. Of course it's not perfect, I just wanted it somewhat similar.

My ears are not that great to go for perfect.

Just like my playing, I wasn't expecting it to be an exact clone.
It was close enough to make me smile :)
I was using an Uber sim...so I really wasn't expecting to be the "same"...just wanted it to be fun :)

This was no way a "Look at me I can get the exact same sound as the original record."
:)
