Crap! I sent mine in on Dec 15th. You win :cry: :D No offense was taken to you posting yours beforehand. It seems like about half of the people have posted them, half haven't. No big deal. And as far as that lick goes, Doug was like a KILLER cross between Rhoads and Lynch back in the late 80's so maybe we all got it from George. I wish Doug still played the way he used to. He was SICK! Now he's just great. :)

I'm gonna download the the solos tomorrow. So get'em to me asap. I know a couple of guys are sending in the next day or so I won't complete this for a few days but try to get everything to me by tomorrow. Solo only version starting from the same point as the backing track.

Pretty much ALL the licks we play are stolen from someone, even if not intentionally. I'm sure we'll find that there are many similarities in these solos when James gets it all posted. That's to be expected when we're all improvising over the same backing track. :thumbsup:

Shit man, I thought we passed the deadline already. I started working on this a few weeks ago, but was having problems with my interface. I could've done this Tuesday night. :doh:

james, my solo starts at about 8 seconds in on the MP3 i sent you. i started recording right with the song, because i didn't play over the opening clean chords, i started at the end of the last power chord chug.
 
Downloading now, I had a couple of issues with some tracks, I sent everyone an email who had something weird that we need to figure out, Keep an eye on your emails tonight!
