You’re repeating the talking points. If you weigh all the sources, that doesn’t seem to be accurate. They are quickly rebuilding capabilities and have stashed nuclear assets in nearly impenetrable locations. Plus, if we have truly decimated their offensive abilities, how are they still a threat?
