Why doesn't Mesa do Signature amps?

I guess the real trick would be changing channels on the MARK III amp while switching in/out the pedal EQs/effects. It makes my head spin trying to figure out how to wire that kind of mess, MIDI or not.
I luv the RJM Mini amp gizmo. No programing to it. Push the buttons on the front and set it up like you want for a channel, make sure your midi pedal is on the channel you want and press the "write" button...Done. Just do that for each channel you want to use and 1 button will instantly change your eq,ch,reverb etc in and out as you programed it. The rack versions RG-16 or as it is called now the Effects Gizmo is great if you have pedals in front and in the effects loop and would all fit in a 4 space rack. Ron the owner of RJM talked me on the phone through some other more complicated set ups. Great customer support if you need it. Not as overwhelming once you start with 1 cable at a time.

MKIIC+ . As overrated as that amp is, I can understand why they haven't reissued it yet.
^^ Fixed.

It is over rated...

Until you turn it up loud as hell...

And then it is similar to he an SLO gets magical

The Slo does have MK II DNA first 3-4 were built from MK IIs

Cause we really don't need something like this

Interesting! I did not know that. I sold my SLO but still have the MIIIC. One if those amps that is just fun to drag out and crank up.

They definitely could do a Hetfield Triaxis, since one of his is modded. But I don't think Mesa will do the mod for Joe Public, so probably 0% chance of seeing a Triaxis like that from the factory.

If they had to substitute a few components to make it happen, most people would not have an issue with that. Where there is a will, there is a way.

Right on. I have heard the parts argument on why no mark IIC+ reissue as well as not wanting to go backwards, but they violated the 2nd one with the mark I and King Snake amps. Its just excuses, I hope mesa comes around.

I think a signature petrucci mini mark V would be cool.

Two reasons:

Hipsters. "Signature gear is for poseurs. I'd tell you what is cool but you've probably never heard of them."

and Corksniffers. "The original with the red sharpie writing had more middddsssssss!"

And yes... Signature amps are for douchebags for the most part.

But then someone gets a Marshall YJM or Satriani amp and everyone is giving out bro hugs and forum high 5's.

I think the Axe II is great but for me but I just kept tweaking and trying different stuff. I prefer knobs like the Line 6 Pod Pro HD orrrrr wait for it ..... a real amp and pedals.  Programing 1s and 0s just gave me a headache but the effects and amps were great.

So sig amps from Mesa I think would just fill a small niche. There are so many variables like playing style, guitars, strings, pick ups, etc. Looks like they kinda have....Mesa King Snake (Carlos Santana Sig who I believe got the first Mk I in a Fender chassis) and I can see that amp flying off shelves and becoming a holy grail amp. Most people who play them are just playing a normal Mesa amp. Maybe some artist have mods done but then that would also be like Soldano SLO, Haynes, D Martini mods. Why slap someones name on it and limit your customer base? Buy that amp and have an amp tech mod it for you. :D
