I liked the Avenger best tone wise . No extra festures but I fucking loves that thing . I regret selling that and Uber Rev blue most of all amps I’ve let go

My ears are hurting. Hopefully you learnt your lesson and get Wizzer MCII next time.
No. But i learned my lesson.
if youre into pinch harmonics, that is a problem
Yes. That's a big problem.
Because it sounds like a tractor ?
Many years ago, in the last Millenium, someone suggested i should call my Band "Tractor Thrasher and the Rattlesnakes" :D
Tube swaps haha! You coulda next level :l
I'm no Tube-Swapperer.
Badlander might do it ?
Badlander is nice, but i'm happy.
Both sound good to me.. not an obvious reason to me for picking one over the other

Unless I’m missing something
The Pinch Harmonics.
Maybe try a guitar thru it instead of a bass?
No.

My modded Marshall does it all and better. For me at least.

The way i heard the SLO this time was: Crunch Channel sounds like a dead 2203, Lead Channel is a compressed Fuzz-Box with a loose bass and no Harmonics whatsoever.

This sounds better to me even though the harmonics are still not Quite there
:D

My modded Marshall doesn't sound as good as my Badlander.

Has me planning on returning it to stock specs.

Well, i just remembered i already did that.

This is the same A Standard tuned Guitar like in the OP with a tune in D

I know guys like this type tone, but for me for lack of a better term is too fuzzy. Not like a fuzz pedal, but too much hair to the distortion for me.

Pinches sound fine on both to me, but different. If you want the nasally pinch though I can see why you'd go for the 800 instead.

Pinches on the SLO sound crippled and broken to me. I absolutely can't stand that.

I cab tighten that bitch up and rock the SLO . It can do tight af stuff . There’s a killer modern metal tone inside SLO . I used a gate and a joist and a 10 band . It can be cool af fr
