False. They lost a small amount during COVID (mostly due to deaths from the virus), but the population has since rebounded and growth is steady.I bet he'd fail at that too. His state is oozing residents like his hair oozes oil.

Legal residents aren't necessarily citizens with voting rights which explains why they lost a house seat.

Meh, the house seat reduction reflects a temporary drop in population for the 2020 census. Since then the population (voting population, VB) has rebounded to pre- COVID levels. Meaning the next census in 2030 will reflect that in the seat count. Anyway, have a blessed night.

If any state's voting ballots need very close scrutiny in the next election, it will be California. Every illegal possible will be rounded up and transported to the polls. Newsome is a dirt bag.
