I think he seems pretty down to earth in his interviews at least, maybe too down to earth as he doesn’t seem very cool either lol
 
My personal opinion is James is the best guitar player of the 3. I love great rhythm playing and prefer Hetfields attack on the strings with his downpicking and his guitar tones. I have never liked Mustaine's tone ever.

Yeah look, there's been a complaint 'cause it's political but I'm gonna let it slide 'cause the "offending" bit's only 2 short sentences.

If a mod's called, he has to act or at least explain his inaction IMHO, so there you have it. :dunno:

Yeah, that's pretty much it. A friend of mine who never heard Megadeth once asked me, "What do they sound like?" I responded with, "Well, the guitars are pretty interesting, but the singer's voice sounds like a whining vagina." Another friend then commented, "That's exactly how he sounds." Having said that, I do think his voice has improved on later albums after Countdown.
 
Ok I came up with tonight . So like Metallica usually makes each album a project that ties it all together in one type of way. And Dave bitches about then using his shit . So hear me out : the next Metallica shoukd be written ENTIRELY by Dave . And he products. Metallica just plays what he writes and it’s like a payback from Metallica lol

Context is everything. Shawn Ryan invited him and asked a bunch of leading questions. What do you expect him to say?

Dave answered them, is he correct about writing those songs? probably
Did those songs lead to Metallica's growth in popularity....probably

So if thats his authentic truth, then its not really a bitch....he'll stop when people stop inviting him to speak, or when metal finally dies.
