Saying people 100 years ago would overthrow these governments because they were manly men and people today don't because they are soy is pretty ridiculous, or that there is an inherent difference between these Brits and Americans.
People won't stick their neck out unless they have very little to lose. People nowadays have a lot of stuff to lose and the corrupt power structures in place have tools and strategies that are far far far in excess of anything in the past. Things won't change unless things get REALLY bad. And the power structure is calculating enough to just keep things at a simmer, it's not going to boil over unless they really fuck up.
Voting is fake. These evil entities have complete control at this point. It will literally take an act of God to initiate change.
What did all those Brits, Americans, etc that went off to die in WW2 achieve? They achieved the state of the West today. They went off to die to protect and empower the people that have foisted these systems on the West.
