Seeking WTB: Ampeg SS-150

These aren’t as desired or liked as much as the noble VH-140C, but I’d like to have one. Head only please, no combos.

I’ll also buy ones that are non functional.

I flirted with one of these. The 150 in theory seemed like a better situation than the 140c. But it is a brave quest to take on trying to tech one of these. I think you definitely got what it takes, though.

Parts this old are near impossible to find.

And yes correct - There’s likely more out there in need of service than those in like new working order. Solidstate or tubes it’s all the same to me. Abaddon is a mix of tube and solid state in the preamp.
