WTB Cornford MK50 or pre-04 Ecstasy 101B

Anyone here in the States (bonus points if you're anywhere near TN) selling a MK50 or 101B? I missed out on a nice 101B the other day and a local guy with one who said he was negotiable refused an offer and doubled down on his stated price w/o trying to work something out, so the search continues.
