The guy that designed this amp is David Karon, of KHDK pedals. He's done a lot of stuff, with a lot of pros.
He made the mini Warhead Dime amp.
He's made pedals for just about everyone.
Pretty sure he designed the Steel Panther Pussy Melter, which is a great distortion.
I won't be buying this amp. But it's very interesting reading up on Karon.
He makes great gear.

Oh for sure, I'm with you there. There are definitely better options at this price point.
Shit, you could get one of those mini 20 watt jcm800 or jubilee's and an sd1, and get closer to the Zakk thing if thats what youre going for. Still probably be under $1300.
