I don’t really get it to be honest. Are you implying the modern work place doesn’t stress inclusion of religion as much as they do gender? Have you ever been to a “holiday party” around Christmas time?

It takes zero effort to call someone what they would like to be called. It’s no different than remembering someone’s name. If people don’t like homosexuality or gender assignments or whatever, then it is what it is. But I don’t see how anyone can act like they are inundated with pressure to do anything besides treat people with common courtesy
