I got full custody of my kids. Lawyer cost me about 1K. She was ordered to pay Child support but I did not take it. I had plenty to raise the 2 in my house. BTW- we were not married and not in a common law state so I kept all my assets. Sometimes, a crystal ball works.

She needed it. I Put the girl through college, son joined the military as he wants to be a police officer but bought him a new car with my money. I was lucky on my investments and made a lot at work. Retired in my mid 50's. Kids are good but they wrote their mom off- she didn't give a shit about them. Talk to both every day. They haven't spoken to their mom in years.
