Not getting a delivery because a UPS package got delivered to a FedEx facility and rejected.

Thankfully I was able to get it sent to a UPS facility but now I have to wait. I even called the store before the shipment was sent but I forgot to put specific directions in. I've done this crap twice, lol.

Luckily, the hub sent it to the correct post Office Depot, and the driver was keen enough to ignore the postcode.
Cost me an extra day though, and many E-mails. I put in an official complaint.

Previously she’d sent something 48-hour, when I’d specified 24. I mentioned this. She tried to do 48 again this time on purpose, and the manager had to be called to reset the transaction. That was when she changed the postcode.
I don’t hit women, but I would happily piss on her fucking smug face, unless it was on fire - then I wouldn’t.

I now drive 8 miles to a different post office. Life is too short, and I can’t piss that far anymore.

Contacted UPS yesterday and gave them a UPS business to drop the package off. Confirmed they got the address change. No drop off there.

Contacted sender and they changed the address to my address. UPS truck just flew thru my neighborhood, no package. So didn’t get it here and didn't get it at the UPS location and was supposed to be here yesterday.

Most likely UPS is going to ship this all the way back to the store and waste fuel and money when I was literally a few miles away. I don't understand the purpose of "change address" or "contact driver", etc if none of this even works.

I think I finally learned my lesson about triple checking shipping info.

There's a real nasty one at my local post office. She's like Nurse Ratchet, (if anyone's old enough to know who I'm referring to). I dont know how she's stayed employed there. Rude, and nasty lady.

One cunt in the undelivered section threatened me with boycotting my address if I complained about the postman not delivering stuff. I only asked that they had a word with the postman to tell him I’m disabled and he has to knock loudly and wait. Fucking cunts.
I’ve had a wild life. These plain-looking fucks were obviously passed over in the shagging stakes when younger, and now I’m 70 - they’re getting payback. Fuckers.

Yeah, I really dislike the post office here. If I ship something I tend to go to the UPS store since they know me well and take good care of me.

Sometimes USPS doesn't even bother delivering anything some days. Had to pick something up the last week because of that.

Big scandal here in the UK, over the post office selecting only 3 days out of 6 to deliver parcels. They got fined for it.
They were basically leaving parcels in the depot, to have shorter working days, to save money.

Our water companies are borrowing money to service their debts, whilst paying huge bonuses and shareholder’s offshore dividends, which are untaxed. Daylight robbery passed onto the customers - who pay tax on water. Infrastructure is depleted, and they know they can’t be touched.
I’m hoping this will change, with the cunts going to prison for fraud.

Parcelforce actually broke an SKB to pieces, with a Quadraverb 2 inside it.
The Quadraverb had faults due to an old PSU, so would have gone back anyway.
I’d paid £15 for delivery.

I told the seller, send me a return label. They claimed to have clicked the wrong button by mistake, and would I make the insurance claim? Told them no, it was their responsibility and Parcelforce’s.
I paid a further £15 to send it back, out of goodwill.
Was staggered that the refund later did not include initial shipping, like normal.
The sellers were astute enough to circumvent that, but claimed to be a bit old and slow otherwise.
Whole thing stank, and I told them they shouldn’t have sent it out in the first place, and I’d have nothing more to do with it.

My horror story is a Rectifier Recording preamp I ordered from someone in Australia. When it arrived, it was smashed to bits. He had put a couple of sheets bubble wrap is a single carton and shipped it to me through regular snail mail. I paid something like $800 for customs that I lost out on after I sent it back. Was mad as hell, but at least the guy paid back the original shipping. He couldn't claim insurance as well, because Australia Post said it was packed badly. What an idiot.

What the fuck? I've got some items that have shocked me with speed and others have taken way too long.

If they told everyone there they were cutting back because of fuel prices, etc, that's one thing. But for them to do that, you are right, pretty jacked up.
