You won't buy Chinese/foreign amps? Look around your house !

Read some articles on guys saying they won't buy won't pay for foreign amps ?

Chinese Korean Japanese etc. however you have no problem buying everything else from them your computers televisions software pedals household appliances cars etc ....

Hypocrites. Must of the fkn amps you buy "American " have foreign components in them.

So what's the bitch? Especially when quality control is fucked in a lot of American products as well.
 
I ain't nearly as passionate about my coffee maker as about my amp.

I am trying to support things made here, by Americans, so they will have a job. Every time you buy foreign, it sends your money elsewhere.

Everyone wants a job with decent pay. But so many want to buy the cheapest gizmo made in china by little kids. So the jobs go to china and people wonder why.

Look up recirculating money as an economic topic. It has a huge impact.

I buy American by choice if the product meets my needs. It may cost a bit more. But that is part of living in a country with a higher standard of living and a higher avg hourly wage.

It is simple economics.

This. Key word being "choice". Too often there are no more choices available. Cell phones, TVs, coffee makers, etc. In guitars and amps, we still have choices. What will happen if we don't exercise those choices? They'll disappear and they won't come back.

circuit boards , resistors, caps etc are made overseas in many of your So called USA amps...

Tubes are all made overseas

What pedals are you using? what processors are you using? components made in ...yep china!

Better not buy Diezel, or Engl or Marshall since you all want to keep jobs in "america" and only buy your usa amps!

Choice. I prefer American when I can get it, but my gear isn't exclusively American.

I took a risk once, A BIG RISK! Got this obscure shit from England called Marshall once. Only ONCE!

Quality issues aside, what doesn't your doggie brain understand about choosing to buy American where possible due to the deplorable working conditions suffered by the Chinese people? Obviously we don't have a choice for many things, but what's your beef with people buying American where they do have a choice?

Let's separate "China made" from "foreign made". China is a communist country. Last time I checked :D England (Marshall), Germany (Diezel, Engl), etc.. are not. If you choose to to buy products made by slave labor that funds a communist government without at least searching for an alternative, you have already given up.

Many "foregin" cars are built in America by Americans who are well paid. Mercedes, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Kia among others all have plant in the USA. It's not black and white, there is definitely a lot of gray area. Like I said, if you choose not to at least try you have already given up.
