Alter Bridge's "Fortress" is at the top. Every time through is better and better. They just keep on putting out excellent hard rock.
Ayreon's "The Theory of Everything" is incredible in performances, depth, scope and production.

They're getting just about as big as Karnivool in Australia now. Definitely check them out. All of their albums are amazing. I saw them with Fair To Midland in Memphis,TN. I think there was maybe 30 people there and they still rocked it out.

Yes, very deep stuff. 42 songs, an hour and a half of great stuff, multiple singers and players. I like it 100 times more than the new Dream Theater.

There were several albums released this year that I have enjoyed, The Winery Dogs, Dream Theater, Steve Wilson - The Raven...., but the one that I have listened to to the most has been Sound of Contact.
