1972 Led Zeppelin at Kezar Stadium in SF. I was in 8th grade. Don't recall an opening act though.

78 or 79 the B-52s not a fan, but it was cool.

First rock concert was 83 Kiss Lick It Up tour with Motley Crue opening at the Unviversal Amphitheater. A week a later I went to the 83' US Festival.

A few small, local "rock-fests" when I was 12, 13. But I consider Ozzfest '98 in Alpine Valley, WI my first real concert. There were several cool performances like Megadeth and Sevendust, but Tool was the big one. Man, they were amazing! I was 16 or 17.

damn,dude! i always wished i could have been at the US Festival... ...i got a vhs copy of that event,specifically Day 2 which was Heavy Metal Day,back in '83 which was shown & taped off MTV.............never get tired of watching that videotape

Saw them on the Monsters of Rock tour....they had THE BEST SOUND of all the bands there.

Iron Maiden Somewhere in Time Tour, Quebec City Colluseum 1986. The whole experience was magical and nothing has has topped it since.

Funny thing, my wife's first concert was the same but in Vancouver.
