Anyone played/have a Suhr Koko Boost RELOADED?

I have been wanting to get a KOKO boost and then this thing just came out...

Wanted to know if it is the way to go over the original?

I'm wondering the same thing too. Seems like most places are only taking preorders right now.

I posted on the Suhr forum and have had no response. I did see them at the Suhr factory tour. I am attending the Pedal Expo this weekend and Suhr is on the list. Hopefully they will have these available for sale.

I got mine a week or so ago..fantastic pedal...I use it with my 5150 block letter head (with bias mod)...it turns the crunch/clean channel into the lead channel....I actually don't miss the lead channel when using it..It is very clean and transparent but does boost the hell out of your signal...The mid boost is really cool as well..3 settings to choose the frequency range to boost from...I didn't really want anything in front of my amp (TS9/Bad Monkey/DS1..etc) as most of those pedals "color" the sound or seem to compress it and lose the dynamic range of the natural amp sound..this pedal is worth every penny of the $200...I really just wanted it to smooth out/sweeten up the lead channel for solos...

My bias mod block is the most killer head I've ever heard for metal..well other than Framus/Engl/DAR..etc...but it only costs 1/2 to 1/4 what they do! I usually have the lead gain set at about 5.2 and that is more than enough..I use my guitar volume knob CONSTANTLY to dial in exactly what I want gain wise...When I tried the Koko at first on the lead channel it was uncontrollable..but then I pulled my head out of my axe (ha ha) and dialed the boost waaay back and found heaven....silky warm liquid sustain...This pedal has plenty of boost to push your amp..The crunch channel is incredible with it...much tighter and makes it useable for just about anything but ultra shred type leads..(and if you want you can do that too!!) It does not change your amps voice AT ALL...all I can say is get one!!
