Great video! It sounds great, and your playing is awesome as always! :thumbsup: I wish I could have found this amp a few years ago, it would have saved me A LOT of money and frustration!! :doh: My buddy just got his OD100SE+ back from John, he had it modded to a PT100 and he loves it! I havent heard it yet and I dont know if I want to, I dont need my head spinning trying to figure out how I'm going to come up with the money to get one! :rock:
 
Sweet cleans,great note definition. The "Brown" tone was eeeexxxcellent !!
What cabs are you using in your live rig Pete?

you really pulled a gem out of john on this one.
the controls in back that let you morph from spongy crumbly vintage marshall to angry modded marshall sounded amazing to me, and the clean strat tones on this vid are sweet.
 
Sounds great Pete, very cool amp for sure with lots of options.

That amps sounds killer! Does a lot and sounds impressive all through it's ranges.
 
Very nice! The crunch tones with the Les Paul were really cool.
 
Outstanding! Pete, did you ever own/play the OD-100 Classic Plus? If so, I'm hoping you could highlight the similarities/differences...

I have played an OD100 classic plus- that's my next fav amp in the OD100 line, to this one. I'd say this amp is quite different, can be brighter and more penetrating in the upper mids, more "kerrang!!!!" Less compressed. The OD100 classic plus is killer though... whatever Landau gets out of his is amazing, so... just a different flavor. The feedback control is a VERY useful addition as well, as are 2 gains/masters on the 2nd channel for a virtual channel 3 and the way the boost is voiced is awesome (adds upper mids and harmonics, to my ears, makes solos stand out).

I didn't even have time to go into the whomp 2 switch- i usually leave it off, but it can add huge tight lows if you want em..
 
I had one and it's killer...Sold it and will be getting the "tubes up" version the day it's released.... :rock: :thumbsup: :D
