I had a black PT HH model a couple of years ago. Great guitar, very versatile. Pickups sound great and it can flat out rock. I really liked it.

I have a gold top Pete Thorn HH, like all my suhrs i find it super comfortable to play. No complaints, pickups sound great!

I saw Pete playing his in Vegas this past Sat. night. That's the only one I've seen in the wild.

The only time I saw a Suhr in person is Brian Young when he played with DLR band at rib fest. He had some Marshall power amps IIRC and seriously smoking tone.

The neck on the PT HH Signature was quite comfortable. Mahogany neck with a slight satin finish to it. Very sweet neck. The guitar was pretty light too -- less than 8 pounds, which is always nice.

Nice guitar but I just can't wrap my head around the price.

Suhr should move to Texas and sell stuff for half the price.

Even though the neck profile is called “Slim” it’s very comfortable and not a shredder neck

that's the struggle. This is a used one and it's still pricey. even crazier - this is the CHEAP Suhr lol

Unfortunately, Suhrs don't seem to be that common in shops around the south east, I would love to get my hands on one... the big Atlanta GC had a couple of the HH models, but they had installed barbed wire strings to keep people from playing them.

The main V neck I have had much experience with was the SRV sig, and I did not like it at all.

There's one now just outside of Nashville.

I have the HSS version and it’s awesome

I love the roasted maple neck on it, it is unique and it’s fantastic

The single coils are fantastic as well and the rear pick up is my favorite humbucker in the house at the moment

I wish the fingerboard was not Ebony, but I really don’t care because it’s a great guitar
