Ok, to finally clear things up:
1-the back panel on your DINO 962 was mounted, not missing
2-the back panel of your British Purist you claimed was missing
Ok there was none - BUT...
... have you ever seen a photo of a British Purist (or a photo of a Rock Wizard) anywhere in the web - before AND after you've placed your order for the British Purist? Anywhere only one single photo in the web, where a British Purist or a Rock Wizard was supplied with a back panel?
NO YOU HAVEN'T SEEN NOT ONLY ONE !!!
And why? Because the head shells of the BP and the RW never have been planned to get a back panel at all
To clear it up for the public - while we are speaking here about a "back panel", then this does not mean the rear panel on the chassis, not what the controls etc. are labeled on, but a protective grille behind the power amp tubes.
We're speaking about a shitty cheap sheet metal grid with a production value of 15 euros for each and another 10 euros for the powder coating
So now, why SBlue thought, that there must be a metal grid and what is missing:
I had previously built a British Purist for a customer in Germany who does a lot of touring with the amp and was afraid that a roadie with a microphone stand or similar might accidentally smash his power amp tubes when setting up or dismantling the stage and asked me to have a protective grille made for him and to attach it to the back of his amp for an extra fee.
I then had two sets of brackets and two protective grilles made - and then wanted to equip also SBlue's amp with them as well.
So I had mounted the mounting brackets in his head shell, but then I couldn't find the second protective grille before shipping the amp to SBlue - so I sent his amp to him with the mounting brackets already installed, but without the rear protective grille.
SBlue complained about the lack of the protective grille - and while it's not standard equipment with the amp, I agreed to have one made for him and send it to him later.
Then there were problems at my metal workshop - at first they had forgotten to make the part for a long time. And then they had made such parts, but unfortunately with the wrong dimensions.
Time passed while SBlue got impatient and then angry - and finally he insulted me badly via WhatsApp.
That's the mistake you must never do to me!
I was willing to send him such a part and had promised to do so, even though the part is not part of the standard equipment of the amp - and what the previous customer had paid me extra for. I didn't want any extra reimbursement from SBlue and would even have paid the 40 euros to have it shipped to him out of my own pocket.
After SBlue had badly insulted me, my will to deliver something to him dropped sharply, dropped to zero, so to speak. Nevertheless I offered to apologize to me for his mistake in his choice of words, after which I would send him the protective grille.
But apparently he was too proud or too arrogant to apologize. Nothing came ?
And now in hindsight, because of a piece of shit worth a maximum of 25 euros, which is not even part of the standard equipment of his amp, but I would have given him as a treat... that's the only reason he's making such a fuss about it...
... and publicly calls me a liar and a thief - as thanks for my goodwill, which he destroyed with his insult.
Oh yes, there seem to be a few more members on this board who desperately need a good psychotherapist or even a good psychiatrist and good medication.
Hallelujah!
