Donnie , it's not the fact that better technology is available with lighting , the Yahoo article points out that Biden is going to enforce it within a very short time frame which will hurt the lowest income people who might not have the $$ to purchase the considerably more expensive lighting products .

I have 33 single source (one large led as opposed to a cluster) 7 W led landscape bulbs and I have had very few problems with them. I’ve had to replace a few under warranty (lifetime I believe) but they will probably last longer than me.

The facility I manage has 30 or so buildings built or renovated at different times. I spend hours every week trying to track down ballasts and bulbs that no one makes anymore. I get hard when I find a led retrofit for them
