Incandescents are warm and give off a nice light to. LEDs are cold and give off a crappy light. Think Joe vs the Volcano hue. Some towns put LEDs in traffic lights. When a storm hits they can't melt off the snow and ice. I've seen car wrecks because of this. Plus they're over 2x the price in incandescents.

That circuit board for a halogen light bulb is insane.. a light bulb.
