Compared to who ? Nazis ? Communists ?

The problem is the left has deftly maneuvered the "Center" far to the left over the last 30 years. So that people who are center are now considered far right and people who are far left are now considered center.

If John Fucking Kennedy were alive and politically active today the democrats would have nothing to do with him. They would label him a MAGA republican.

Kinda missed the point.
The Texas shooting wasn't a freaking mass shooting either.
Two neighbors and one flips out after a dispute.

Next week it may be another neighbor fight or a supermarket massacre.
Won't matter.
"Another Mass Shooting!!!" and this Texas thing will be quickly forgotten.

Liberals aren't saying shit about this shooting they don't say about every shooting.

It's the Right that's getting fucking boners cause this one happens to involve illegals.

No, they’re pointing out the blatant hypocrisy. Same as the left not saying shit about the 19 shootings in Chicago last week because they know it makes them and their policies look bad.

They don’t say shit about the vast majority of shootings. Only the ones that fit their anti-gun narrative. THATS THE POINT.

I guess part of the question is, what are the characteristics of the “political left?”

Typically, there are two main notions that (at least formerly) tended to define left-right political alignment

- Attitude toward state / government vs. individual sovereignty ; (where anarchism would be “left” and authoritarianism “right”)

- Attitude toward forcible resource redistribution from rich to poor (in our case, mainly taxation for things like Medicare etc) (where, assuming a state exists, what we would call libertarianism is “right” and state communism e.g. Stalinism is “left”)

American liberals clearly do not lean to the left in the first case, and in the second case are still far less inclined toward redistributive policy than _USA conservatives_ were in the 1950s

(Now of course, goes without saying that the one-dimensional “spectrum” model of political alignment is ridiculously reductive and not very useful, the two-dimensional “quadrant” model, while also seriously lacking, makes a lot more sense — but it’s hard to break the habit of right/left terminology)

Anyway, this is obviously all technical semantics type stuff, it doesn’t really matter what words we use to characterize the various political orientations —

If you want to talk about mas-murders and mass-shootings then be prepared to accept the facts that MOST of them are perpetrated by liberals, in democrat states and sanctuary cities with the strictest gun laws. In fact, scientific studies have proven for decades that liberals are significantly more prone to crime, violence, drug and alcohol abuse, dishonesty, manipulation, and mental health problems. If you really want to have a rational, intelligent discussion on this subject matter then you better know your facts because MOST people who babble about "gun violence," etc. have no idea what they're talking about and are incapable of having such discussions.

Your assertion that illegal alien violence is an "outlier" is nonsense. First, illegal aliens are 'undocumented' and there are 23 MILLION illegals in the United States. How on earth do you think statistics can be analyzed when there is no reliable data to base them on? LOL!

You asked, why I'm "trying to make such a big deal out of it," but that's an invalid question because I haven't "tried to make a big deal out of it." Trying to find out the facts of a homicide investigation is not making a big deal about anything. You should have asked a far more intelligent question like, "Why does it matter?" Then I would answer you that it's crucial for the public to know the human cost of illegal immigration and unsecured borders. It's crucial to share this information with the public because the corrupt media has no interest in telling the truth.

By the way, The Independent is a far-left biased propaganda factory that's incapable of reporting objective, truthful news. You don't even have the knowledge, and most people don't, of how to interpret statistics and research studies. I guarantee you if any democrat would actually try to debate crime and gun statistics, they would be humiliated, put to shame, and totally invalidated because they manipulate statistics to support false narratives. You don't even know what statistical significance really means in scientific research. You don't even know the difference between types of research (quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-mode [both]). You'd have to have that rudimentary understanding to even know if a research study is even valid.

People talk a lot and think they know a lot but in reality, they don't know what they're talking about. The sad fact is that liberals are not objective people who are willing to accept truth and facts even if it invalidates their own beliefs. Thus, they operate selectively, only looking to piece together various data to support their narratives. That's why liberals either throw fits, avoid any kind of actual discussion, or try to silence or drown-out the voices of truth and reason because someone objective will come along and gather the facts systematically that will obliterate their phony statistics.
