Just seeing the flag with Dump's name would be bad enough. In this case though it also says Make Liberals Cry Again. So to me, that's like seeing a big sign that says "Fuck You" every time I walk outside. Thanks but no thanks.

That's not even a political campaign flag.
Like you said, it may as well say HEY LIBERALS - FUCK YOU!
That is not politics nor is it free speech when it's on someone else's property.

He, and his co-conspirators "allegedly" pressured Pence to reject the results.
He, and his co-conspirators "allegedly" assembled a fake elector scheme to give the Pence rejected states to Trump instead.



Trump is charged with keeping, and hiding the docs after being asked to turn them over, and tampering with evidence.

Totally different from Pence, and Biden's situation. If Biden, or Pence tried to retain the docs, and tampered with evidence they would be in equal hot water.



He was charged, the jury deadlocked, and it resulted in a mistrial.
