Looks killer! Poly body and lacquer neck, I suppose that’s for durability and feel respectively?

And Gross Black. :ROFLMAO:

Yeah, the “L” vs “R” in Japan. The struggle is real. It’s almost like a soft “d”. I’ve always thought the neck is more critical than the body for tone.

If you look on YouTube for “Black Smoke Sigma”, there actually sill quite a few videos. To me, it’s the perfect balance of vintage and modern. The bridge pickup is probably among the best I’ve heard, and honestly I’m questioning everything I know about pickups at this point. It’s an 8k bridge that doesn’t sound weak when split. It sounds like a single coil when split, and when in full HB mode has a warmth and low mids presence that I have never experienced in an 8k pickup sound thick. You can ad warmth easily with scatter winding, but you loose some tightness. I’ve just never heard a warm, chewy, big sounding 8k humbucker.

Looks ok. Definitely not giving me any tingles or anything. Sleek, simple. Nice. I'm going to assume the feel is off the charts.

Wouldn’t that be gross brack?

How much bracker could it be? Well None rearry.

Ok…I’ll see myself out. Just poking fun. Love to my Japanese brothers and sisters. ??‍♂️
