No you are really stupid - you wouldn't have a hope in hell. So, I take it you are stupid.

I'm not interested in single note shreddding - that's not music - it's just an annoying noise.Uh huh. Do you have anything over 5 bpm?
Alright - play this then.Uh huh. Do you have anything over 5 bpm?

I appreciate your assumptions. Do you happen to have a tail?
I have plenty of other tracks I can put up.
I'm positive you'd have trouble with all of it.
I want to see you play it on video. In this thread.Well, you obviously haven't listened to my clips. So, about that tail?

With your real name on it. No hiding behind the internet. No anonymity.
Have some guts like I have chicken shit.
I have put my playing where my mouth is. No cowardice from me.
Just like I thought... you're too gutless. For the last time; this isn't a cover band. Post something original and despite the creeps on this forum and AI porn, you may just get your wish. About that tail?

I don't care for writing original compositions. I'm not interested it. Writing music has nothing to do with playing guitar or playing music. Composition is separable skill. I came from playing blues. After 25 years of improvising blues I find it very very boring. I grew out of it. There is zero shame in playing in playing covers of great musicians. They themselves weren't improvising this type of music. They wrote arrangements and frequently of popular songs and old folk standards.Uh huh. I just said I would if you would actually post an original composition instead of playing guitar hero on your controller. I have posted my real name, btw. So, not sure what that's even suppose to mean, Chet.
Honest opinion...
@Thumbpicker playing is pretty good for that style of music, but doesn't really hold a candle to the full arrangements that @NowYou'rePlayingWithPower has posted.
I don't care one way or another if people play covers or originals, they're both fun. I just know it's a completely different skill set and requires more creative talent to compose a full arrangement of instruments than to copy someone else's song.

If you think coming up with a few lame chord progressions and shredding over them is original well you are plain deluded. In terms of doing that there is nothing new under the sun. I would be no more impressed with that than watching a typist type at 200 words per minute. That's just a different type of trained monkey. A process line worker who does the same thing so many times they can do it quickly. Big deal - no different to what I'm doing - practicing something until you have muscle memory and you understand what you are doing.
Big whoop.
Single note shredding at the age of 56 - like maybe ask me to use clearasil on my face because I'm just a spotty teenager. That shit isn't talent - it's just fucking noise.
Why don't you go to the typing pool and show me someone who types at 200 words per minute. Who gives a shit.
So if that song is the lowest 10% on the forum go play it then. Too easy for you.
