Long story short :
Sent $1,500 Paypal ff on October 6th for Chubtone Star for sale on rigtalk. I was told he would send tracking # following day.
No tracking #, so on October 9th he supposedy refunded me $1,500 thru PayPal. Now Paypal is saying that refund was blocked.
Needless to say I will fly out to see him in person...

I'm not trying to place blame but paying $1500 friends and family is too much for me to lose. I would have just paid the PP fee for the piece of mind. If PP doesn't have your back, your credit card company probably will.

I am going to play devils advocate here and say it's some fuckery with paypal. Clint is a trusted guy, and he may not be paying attention to it thinking it went through, and everything is good. Have you been able to establish contact with him?
