OK I see the problem. I restricted new threads to members with at least 50 posts but I did not prevent them from replying. That's now fixed.

We just did an update of the site’a layout. Please fully reload the page using ctrl-F5 on windows or cmd-r on Mac OS

The layout issue is now fixed, sorry about that. We're still getting used to the new server :doh: Although we modified the file upload limit on the server side it was still limited to 2Mb in the board's configuration. It's now set to 25Mb so should be plenty enough :) About the quote issue...
