    New Mesa Triple Crown

I'm sure this amp will sound way better than that in person. Ch 3 was dialed in dark as hell, and his pick attack is dainty and plinky.

    Charvel Model Series nut change

Ok, I'll swap out the nut first. This is my first guitar with the JT-6. It seems decent quality, but I don't love the feel of it. I bet I will swap in a Floyd eventually. I've already swapped in a new JB for the J-80C or whatever was in there, and that helped the tone a bit.

    Charvel Model Series nut change

I've got a rare Model 5A that is awesome, except it won't stay in tune. The behind-the-nut locking nut is just garbage. Has anyone added a Floyd nut to one? How about locking tuners?

    Jackson/Charvel neck swap

    Doh...so obvious, thanks

    Jackson/Charvel neck swap

I have a Jackson Kelly KE3 (MIJ) neck that I'd like to swap onto a Charvel Model 4 body. They seem to bolt up just fine, but the Kelly neck seems to sit a little higher than I remember. Are they compatible?

YOUNG GUITAR-THE GUITAR MAN-EDDIE VAN HALEN Special Issue

Sold that along with most of my YGs last year. Had all the special EVH and 100% issues.

Charvel Joe Dupantier guitar. Anyone here played one?

If you want something similar for way less money, I fully recommend one of these- http://shop.fender.com/en-US/electric-g ... ml#start=1 I had a white one for a time, and it played really well.

Charvel Joe Dupantier guitar. Anyone here played one?

I know, the Kramer Focus 6000 I paid $175 for would have been REALLY cool if he had given me $1025 plus the guitar.

Charvel Joe Dupantier guitar. Anyone here played one?

Felt the same way about the Jake E Lee model. Cool, but for about $1200 less than they wanted

The real Ratt is back 2016

Pains me to agree, being a lifelong fan of his, but it's true. I'm just not sure he really has that much more to say beyond what he's been doing his whole life. I think that's why he didn't get the Dio gig....he just couldn't bring what they needed. Probably too laid back, not enough fire or...

    Charvel Pro Mod San Dimas

I got a Specific Ocean San Dimas recently that has become my main gigging axe. Other than it being a little heavy (close to 9lbs), it's pretty much perfect. The neck fits me to a T. I can fly around on that guitar, and the most surprising thing was how good and usable the split coil tones were...

PRS CE 24....Has Paul been Hanging with Henry?

I like the Vela bag, but do you notice you have to retune every time you take the guitar out? That's my only issue with the bag. I've never had that problem before, but this one will move the tuners while it is in there. And I absolutely will grab the lighter gig bag every time versus a...

Joe Walsh is a Mastodon fanboi...

Well, think about it.....he was playing a Signature Model he liked of someone else way back when he started, too....Les Paul's.

    Boogie JP2C (Coming Back)

    Sounded great to me, too.....

Mesa Boogie Hollywood has JP-2c in stock...

I wish I could give my impression, but since a self-proclaimed IIC+ expert said I don't know anything because I haven't owned more than one, I guess I better just not say anything. You have to be part of a cult to have an opinion on these.

    New JP-2C Demo by Sweetwater

Actually, I'm interested, and I appreciated Don playing the same thing for each setting. I can tell a lot with something that simple. I don't need to hear someone demoing how shred-tastic they are when I'm trying to hear what the amp actually does. This was the best demo so far for my purposes...

Best miniature sized clean boost pedal for soloing?

Yep, Spark Mini is my solo boost, too. I had the larger Spark before, and that is really good if you need extra tone shaping or gain boosting.

Does Mesa Boogie hate the fact that they ever made the IIC+?

You'll notice all 18 of that fuckers posts are in this thread alone. He might have had less if I didn't bother fucking with him, but I digress. Sorry gentlemen, I should have taken the high road. My apologies.

Thanks, man... Oh, the guitar was an SG Standard with 57 Classic Plus.

Since the other thread is deep.....

I only have one lowly 60W IIC+ (Lol), but I'm also very excited about this amp.
