TC Nova System or Line6 M13?

I had the same decision half a year ago. I decided for the Nova System. The effect quality is way better (at least for me  ) and I also like the look and feel better. Its a shame that it cannot do the 4 cable method, but at least in my case this is no big deal. The delay and chorus...

    A partner for Einstein

I'm starting to think about a stereo setup. I have a Einstein Combo and of course its just great. I'd like to add another piece to use stereo effects and get a more massive wall of sound. I'm aiming for a lot of different tones, basically everything the Einstein delievers, texas mode, crushing...

You heard me right...the Boss SD-1 + Diezel Herbert =

Come on guys.... I don't have a Herbert, but I use sometimes a Damage Control Demonizer in front of my Einstein. I just use it to give the cleans a little bit more color. I found its one of the few pedals that actually work nicely for me and Eini.

    Using Distortion pedals with Einstein

I tried quite a lot of pedals. It seems the Einstein does not really like all of them. My favorties are T-Rex Møller for nice Overdrive sounds and maybe the best, a Baldringer Dual Drive. It adds two more channels and it was the only piece that could actually add a little to the Einstein. But...

As you have gotten older, has your tone and amps changed?

Things have changed quite a bit. Also more mids, and no more racks and 4x12 stuff. Its simple these days, a 50W combo and very few pedals. The older I get the more "classic" I like my sound.

    Opinions on TC Nova System?

I have it for 4 weeks now. I replaced some very good effects (like T-Rex delays). The sound quality is outstanding. The drawbacks are that it can not be connected in the 4-cable method, which means for me that I cannot use the distortion cause I run it in my amps loop. And I found it quite...

    Tc nova system and Einstein

Hi all, I just got a Nova System from T.c. electronics to reduce my pedalboard. I like the effect quality, but I have some problems with tone sucking. Does anyone of you made the same experience? I run it in the seriel loop and adjusting the input level of the Nova is surely a critial issue. Any...

    tubes in einstein - again

Jep. Channel 1, Mode 1, I know there were a lot of threads, but to be honest after reading it all I'm still confused. I run the original tubes.

    tubes in einstein - again

Hey all, I know this topic has been discussed before, but looking through all the post I'm still not sure what to think about it.... So once again a tube question, sorry for this. I'd like to change some tubes in my Einstein Combo. I'm looking for a little bit more crystal...

Pedals: OD pedal and Delay pedal suggestions...

I play a T-REX Moeller with my Einstein Combo. I think it's really great for the lower gain range, you can mix the clean signal with the distortion which is just great to get some underlying dirt in the sound. Also it has an additional clean boost, which does not color your sound at all. I use...

    new vid!

Your sound is just great. And I think your playing fits exactly to the music. It adds that little extra which makes it really special. I bought the CD in the first week, I guess, and it's still runs at least every second day. Hard to judge what I dig the most.... Maybe Rain and Chasing Shadows.

Is anyone using a BBE Sonic Maximizer along with a Diezel? More specific with Einstein? Any opinions?

Pickup advice - Diezel & Bogner owners/players only, please.

I really like DiMarzio Steve Morse Pickups, both the bridge and the neck version, from very clean to very good distortion, but of course they have very pronounced mids, thats what I like ;-) (Through a Einstein)

    Good Diezel for metal.

Every time a discussion arises which deals with "which Diezel for ... " All VH4 guys jump in, saying nothing compares..., all Herbert do so, and all Einstein users defend their amp. For me this means they are all great amps! You can`'t be wrong, but if you have the chance, of course try it...
