Yeah, boosts don't go in effects loops, timing and modulation effects generally do. Slam the input of your amp with them instead!

Download and read the manual for your amp, Mesa uses a cascading EQ which you may not be used to since this is your first Mesa.

Archons are total sleeper amps, no one expects them to be as good as they are. I absolutely love mine!

Loved the Mesa and Archon tone. Was honestly surprised at how "meh" the SLO sounded...especially considering its price point.
