Plenty of options for 400 out of which you’ve managed to provide 0 examples. ... Even so, you can’t bring any examples of something I could’ve bought for that money that comes close.
Reading isn't your strong suit then. No biggie.
You are an idiot who can’t make the distinction between a hypothethical and an actualized situation in which the amp is already bought and commenting on what could’ve happened is pointless.
What?
?

You wrote "Bought it for 400 euro ... pretty crazy considering what you get for that money these days" and I merely mentioned that "400€ used seems kinda pricey consindering what you can get for that money on the used market and that they cost 549€ new back then." and after your question I provided examples/alternatives that you couldn't even comprehend and only brought up the Framus and the Yerasov again because you then claimed none of the amps I've mentioned could to the "DR thing" while these amps are literally sharing the same DNA. You really are retarded aren't you?

Also in the other thread you keep insisting that your shitty little Cobra is better than a Wizard so for some reason you have a weird hardon for Framus amps and I just don’t care about it.
Nope, I said that the MTL was considerably more compressed and scooped sounding than I usually like and more than the other amps I'd around that time which included a Cobra but wasn't limited to just a Cobra as I've mentioned in that thread. And because of all the praise that amp was getting there I even said that I'll give it another try in the near future. Again, reading isn't your strong suit and your insinuation is utter horseshit but you're oddly defensive about that Trirec. Just an observation.

But again. You do you. I don't care about your hurt feelings and I don't know why I should.

You provided no concrete examples i.e. Reverb/ ebay links.
I'm certainly not doing your legwork for you and didn't think I need to explain how the used market works but just that you know, once a deal is finished most of these online marketplaces don't list those items anymore and just because right now there isn't one listed for 400€ (and btw. neither is a Trirec but you're clearly not negating that) doesn't mean there wasn't one last week or will be next week. I mean, I have software to track those prices. Oh ffs, are you really that dense?
which both cost at least double the price with only the mesa clone being relevant.
No, they don't cost at least double on the used market (where you got your Bugera) and if you would be able to read a schematic or simply what was written you would see how close those amps really are but you don't. You're a retard that got all defensive because someone wasn't stroking your ego after you scored that Bugera for 400€! I get it. For the third and the last time. You do you. I don't care and I'm not sitting on the shitter anymore so replying to you isn't exactly my top priority or worth my time.

The quicker you accept your iq is lacking the quicker your life will improve.
Yeah, whatever I'm not the one acting like a lobotomized monkey because someone mentioned that there are plenty of alternatives to some used Bugera.

So, kindly fuck off will ya?

I bought new Trirec for 250 Euros two years ago, quite often they appear around 300, so 400 is really not that great deal. There were lot of Dragons around 300 few months ago, now they disappeared, I regret not buying one. There are many options in this price category.

Reverb is probably the worst place to buy. There are many local classifieds sites where sellers haven't gone crazy yet (even though prices have gone up in the last year) and in many cases sellers have no problem to ship abroad. I buy from Germany, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Every now and then something interesting appears somewhere at a good price. For example, in the last month I bought Engl Artist for 500 and Bugera 333XL for 200. My colleague bought JVM410 for 600. So there are options.

I had one and they are very good for their price range but put it next to a dual rec and it shows its true colors. Sounds not as full and a tad "plastic-y". Not hating just truth bomb and for the $ its hard to beat. And I actually like the Bugera stuff. I think the 6260 is phenomenal

Have a buddy who raved about his Cobra. Loved it….played it myself and it did sound very nice; he paid 800 shipped for it. But it’s extremely compressed sounding, in a good way of course but in no way would even compete for an uncompressed Wizard type tone…I’d even go so far as to say a 5153 red channel is less compressed than that Cobra.
Unfortunately the Cobra took a shit on him and it still sits unused in a corner since; no soul he could find would work on the damn thing. Local tech ruled out simpler stuff.
Ugh

That`s my impression too. From time to time I have a look at Reverb and the prices are like 20-25% higher than the local sites.

The lead channel is compressed and compared to the crunch channel it's like a different amp which is the reason why some Cobras got their lead channel modified to Dragon specs but the tightness of the crunch ch just like the Pittbull UL blew the MTL easily out of the water, especially in a mix. ?‍♂️

But that doesn't matter in the slightest because I simply mentioned that a Bugera Trirec isn't exactly a bargain at 400€ and the Dragon is just one alternative in that price range but neither is the Cobra nor the MTL.

Something definitely not right with the mtl you had . I have 2 MTL2s and not any problems you speak of . And I sold my VHTs . Wild
