New Charvel Pro Mod Plus's - Indonesia now?

I bet the Tone Zone does sound good in it. I've got one in a basswood Ibanez and it sounds heavy, and tight. I don't find it muddy like a lot of people.
It gives it a good singing quality for those middle string EVH style chords. It can be a little fat, but an OD pedal deals with that. Many of the Duncan's gave it a more plinky high end.

IDK I have had quite a few Indo guitars in my hands. As nice as I always think they feel, when something else from Japan or the like hits my hands - it isn't even close. Hell, a Mexi srat does it for me better than anything I have played made in Indo by pretty much any manufacturer. To think, those 'cheaper' Strat/Tele models when I was young would blow so much out of the water in today's market. Ugh.
I still kick myself for selling that perfect USA Slime Green Charvel I got brand new from Chubtone around 2008 or 2009. It was $800.
