As usual, friggen great. What's so cool about the Strat and the Major together is the variety of tones that can be squeezed out of these two. Great chops man. Always enjoy watching your vids!

Thanks a ton for the kind words.

I was going to change the pickups and scallop the neck but I love it the way it is right now, I don't want to change a thing. It's a prefect guitar. I'm very comfortable with it but not use to 21 frets yet. :)

-dude,... How do you do that,.... Every time I play a strat it sounds like shit.... Do some VOODOO CHILD!!!

Yeah, Strats can be a little hard to dial in but once you get it dialed they sound really good. I love the feel of this guitar.
It's starting to become my "go to".
Yeah, a SRV version of Voodoo Child might be in order. I love the tone in his version. :)

I have found rolling off the tone when on the bridge (til it fattens up) works wonders.

That sounds awesome! Great tone and playing.

Blackmore's tone is one of the reasons I play mostly play Strats.

Killer job!

Yeah, I kinda did that in this video.
I just have to get use to recording with this guitar as it's a lot different from my other ones.
I think better mic placement will help with this.

Thanks a ton for all the kind words, my friend.
I love love Blackmore's '74 live tone, probably my all time favorite.

I had to do one of my own! 68 major, bass spec with mods per Michael R/T. Diaz reverb and an echo machine in front of the amp

Sounds really good, thanks for posting it up.

Those mods sound turned out great in your 68 Major.

Yeah, scalloped

I have a bunch of scalloped guitar right now so I'm kinda holding off on my Strat for now.
I love the feel of a scalloped fretboard tho so I might do it down the road.
