Just when I thought your mods and tones couldn't get any better. Dammnn. You are are a very talented individual.

Sounds good....with that tone I’m waiting for you to break out the 5150 riff... :)

I like it but i also liked you other mod and they sound similar so.... great job. How about a Synergy module? Ahh but i know, the reason it won't work is because you are driving the power section hard as well. The secret to great tone!

Well, they are kinda loud and do need some taming. :)

Well, driving the preamp section hard without diodes is the secret to good tone, oh and driving the power stage hard as well. :)

I've listened to this newest clip a few times to give a fair comparison to your RT Mod. Yes, I hear the slightly reduced gain and it is definitely tighter and more focused as you stated you wanted. But it seems to have lost the raw plexi clank, aggression... ready to explode qualities that makes the RT mod sound so great.

The new mod is more refined and sounds more modern to give it some context. It does sound good... just some of the original qualities have changed.

For traditional plexi tones your RT mod wins... which can get heavy gainy aggressive yet sound like a plexi. I bet if you ran an OD pedal up front only to tighten the bass response up a bit not to boost gain..you could achieve the same results of tighter and more focused into the original RT mod.

Is this amp your original 68 major? Does it now have the newer evolved Archangel Mod now instead of your original RT mod?

Sounds amazing, Michael. It's definitely more refined and polite than the RT mod. I personally prefer the aggression and the bark of the RT mod, but this sounds amazing regardless. How about a clip with that LP, huh? :D Also, how about a clip of that RT with the LP, boosted? :poke:

Thank you kindly bro!!
I might do a sound clip in the near future with my LPC and the new mod soon.
However, I don't own any OD or boost pedals so that might be a problem. :)
