1995 LP Studio Lite

I was messing around at a local store the other day and played this guitar. It played great. I can't find much online about them. Is it worth the $800 ?

Early 90's Studos have a devote following including myself. On par with the standards as well. Recommend buying it at that price.

Really nice guitars. My buddy has one from that era and while I prefer my heavy LPs, its a great playing and sounding guitar.

I’d grab that immediately for $800. I have a 96 studio, although it has p90’s it’s one of my favorites that does everything from drop c to bluesy stuff in E standard extremely well.

I do believe these models are more "cult" than collectible, though. Pretty sure they're packed with balsa or basswood in lieu of weight relief. If it inspires, throw a number at them, they aren't getting any cheaper.

I got it and I like it. It plays and sounds like a $1100 guitar.

That I believe is a Les Paul studio Lite. Ebony board, chambered and filled with balsa wood (Gibson called it something different). Should be relatively light with a '60s neck IIRC. You usually don't see them this clean anymore. I'd hit it hard, but I am in the market to off my Epi '59 because its heavy and I can't do big necks anymore. Buy it and then trade me my '59 for it, LOL.
