What's really fucked up is that if you want to hang here on a semi-regular basis you almost have to pick a side,
and then once you do you sometimes start painting with the same wide brushes as everyone else on your side does.

I think a lot of the back and forth vitriol around here is more against a side than an actual person.
Hope that makes some sense.

Well some things need wide brushes. some don't.

I think it's pretty clear what our ideologies are and where we are going to come down on most things current event wise. Although clearly there are exceptions.

Nevertheless if I feel like I have to tell someone to fuck off I am more likely to simply ignore them going forward. And when an argument becomes pointless I am likely to just move on. Although obviously I apparently can't help myself responding to some things.
