9s or 10s for your Les Paul?

10-52 Eb on Les Pauls and 9-42 on super strats. I used to use 11s on Lesters but it made switching guitars too strange when playing live.

I use 11's on my LP in standard tuning. Anything lighter just feels floppy   10's on my fenders and PRS due to slightly longer scale.

I used to use 9's on all my guitars. I switched one of them to 10's and the tone difference was dramatic (to my ears). I switched EVERYTHING to 10's and haven't looked back since.

I use GHS Boomers 10-46 on all electric guitars, including 3 LP's. I do top wrap too.

10's or heavier is the answer - in EVERY situation.

9's are like rubber bands; no meat = no tone.

IMHO, but to me, that is all that matters. ;)

The dado 10+ sets on 24 3/4 scale guitars and 10s on everything else

10's on everything for now. I play 10's on all my strat-style guitars (standard tuning) and going to jump to 10.5's or 11's on the LP. Once I transitioned to 10's on the strats the LP feels a little too loose.

Well, after playing for a few hours the 10s are gonna stay. I seriously can't get this guitar to go out of tune....my real deal Gibson doesn't stay in tune as well as this Agile. Thanks everyone!

10/46 D'Addario NYXL on my Les Paul Classic. I haven't had the guitar long and this is the first time I'm trying these kind of strings. So far so good.
