This fell like a rock in the water. So.... To much delay? Bad tone? Bad playing?

Nah man.....your playing is always great!
Give a clip of the amp dry. Like to hear it just bare bones.
From a rock...to the Heavy stuff.
But your clip killed. Wish I could play like you.

Can you do the A/B thing between the Bogner and FJA Metal mod?
Dry clips?
Just want to see how different that they really are. In the clips with the Delay they come across pretty damn close.
Both sound killer for sure.

I know that the Bogner is going to be FULLER and cleaner then the FJA. But just curious how the gain stages sound when flicking between both.

Actually the way i hear it, the Bogner is the more complex tone. Lots of overtone. The notes almost bloom into a harmonic. The FJA5150 is meaner with more bottom end. More focused.

For sure Brother......in the room is the only way to go. But your clips sounds killer.
I always wanted to check out a rev Blue Bogner. Heard good things about them for sure.

I like it but a am a Bogner fanboi. A little too much delay and gain for me though, scales are fine, maybe less scale runs and more hooks?

Noted. Thanks for listening

Also.....your a great lead player.
How about some straight up metal Chugg riffs? Just get a feel of the response of the amps Chuggas?
OR hanging Low E or A chords?

The FJA is probably the better amp for anything aggressive. The Bogner is the better amp for a singing note and note seperation in a chord. Both make lead playing a breeze.

How about a tour of the blue channel and some "brown" tones out of it? I feel like you live on the red channel a lot these days! There is some decent crunch to be had on the opened up green channel too isn't there?

You are right. The Red ch is the most fun but if i have the house to myself and can crank the volume the Blue ch is amazing. Have to try cranking the Green

Sounds awesome Jim! As always, you are the man around here. I would love to hear you play along to a backing track.

Glad you kept it and stoked that you're still loving that Ecstasy!
