I loved the single notes tone
thick and cutting
I just wish the chord rhythms sounded... less slashy?

The question remains if there really still is a market for a Slash/GnR amp at this moment. It's neither a modern nor a vintage sounding amp, and (don't take it too hard guys) the 80's are long gone.
What he means is there is a feature on the amp that when you push a couple buttons the amp sets the bias for you. There's no opening up the chassis or VM needed.joolzriff":3d9h06gu said:slash didnt say it was self biasing he said YOU the owner could bias it yourself at home without a tech..... EL84 class A amps are self biasing not EL34 amps

I guess it's cool feature. But if you like to experiment with different bias settings, I don't think you're able to.joolzriff":2u2ughy2 said:thats awesomeLp Freak":2u2ughy2 said:What he means is there is a feature on the amp that when you push a couple buttons the amp sets the bias for you. Your kidding right?
Slash has a HUGE following, maybe you have noticed his umpteen endorsement deals?
