Always Require a Signature Update

I ship with Sig required for anything over $40. I have had buyers complain about it but they understand.

My Fed ex guy walks up to the door and puts a sticker on the storm door and walks away. No knock or ringing the door bell and leaves the package in the truck. I have to sign and leave it for him the next day. I watched him several times from our Ring cameras. Pisses me off because I make it a point to be home on the day of delivery. We might have a new guy because of it though.

Glad they caught the person.

When I'm expecting a package and I'm out in the shop, I put a note on the door, with the tracking # and my signature for them to leave it. I also check the tracking # on the day of delivery to see where it's at or if it's been delivered. You have to plan for the unexpected, cuz shit happens.
