i like this one minus the tremolo

Yeah, that one is real nice too. Needs a maple board though.

They've been flogging that one for a while. They also had a trans black they were selling. Same deal, no case or case candy.

Got a link to the black one? I didn't see it on there or in the completed items search?

meh, hard case doesn't really matter to me.

basically that's still more than I'd pay for a guitar, but its on the cheaper side for Anderson's so i find it cool, especially because its purple

I'd call em. They list a #

I don't know, most of my guitars have cost more than that. Check out the prices on Tylers anymore. Suhrs, PRS, Thorn. They are getting up there. If it is a guitar you would keep for the next 20 years I think it's more than worth it. Don't get caught up in the " I remember when you could buy a candy bar for a nickel" mentality. Sure there might be more bang for your buck out there, but sometimes it's worth the extra $ if it is really what you want.

So would you ever custom order a guitar? If so, would you measure all of the dimensions, fret size, wood, pickups etc... of yor favorite guitar? Is your favorite guitar, the best guitar for you? or just the best guitar you've ever played? I know it's a gamble, but like they say nothing ventured.

Beautiful guitar. Is that what mint used Andersons are selling for???? Wow...
Its beautiful but Im sorry, that guitar is not worth the asking price, IMHO of course..

Plus looks dont tell you anything about the feel and tone, no way I would go blind on $3300!!!!!!!

again with this":2h9l54hc said:
What's with the two strap buttons?

All Andersons have that. It's so you can stand the guitar up without a guitar stand.

I love it...but there is no way that is worth more then $2,000

  Well, you never know. I bought my first house and all of my vehicles so far on lowball offers. Not stupid low, but lower than what you would think the seller would take. You would be shocked by what people will take. You just have to have the nerve to ask.
I offered $1500.00

Doesn't hurt to ask. But $2,200 or $2,300 might have been really considered. Offering less than half is pretty far fetched. But it doesn't hurt to ask.

I've seen much less spectacular looking Andersons sell for far more than two grand. I'd be shocked if he doesn't get at least $2500 for that thing.

Nice used Andy's go for $1,800 or so but, can dip into the low $2K range if they're really nice. New they start at about $2,500 (and can up to about $4K). I personally do think they are MORE THAN worth the money especially when you hold a $2800 Fender EJ Strat and put it back down in a few seconds.

i'm actually impressed with many in this thread. I don't think any guitar is worth over two thousand dollars. that's just me though. it just seems like when you get to that territory the quality increase starts to get negligible. and if I had a guitar that was absolutely perfect, yet cost 3 grand - i'd be afraid of damaging it
