I have had this bad machine for a few months now. I look forward to playing it every day. You can dial in MANY great high gain tones. The eq section is quite powerful. You can do a lot with it. Some amps don't have a big difference within them in the eq section, but even the slight turn of a knob on this amp makes a big difference. The depth control is a push/pull and makes a big difference to the sound and feel of the amp. The high/low gain toggle switch also makes a big difference is feel/punch/articulation of the amp. The fx loop is great. Foot switchable channels. I know I have said I am going to get some clips, but I still have not got an in/out device for the computer yet. I have had a killer kali++ before and I much prefer the gain on the Rockmonster. It has one more gain stage than the kali, but it more has to do with the feel and touch sensitivity. rarely do you find an amp that is super touch sensitive and yet quiet at the same time. his amp does that. I forgot what Gower told me he did to keep it so quiet, but what ever it is, man, it works. This thing can have massive gain levels happening without that awful high gain hiss that occurs on so many amps. You can also get AWESOME tones at bedroom volumes. I cant say enough good things about it!
Here is the clip I always post, this is one Gower recorded, but I have the amp used for this recording. I don't even know if anyone else has a Rockmonster?? Everyone usually gets the killer kali++ I think??

Imagine being able to grab an old Marshall, mod it and get it to sound like this. How awesome would it be to have the skills of Gower/Friedman/Cameron/Rhodes, etc. Plus, Gower is a good player, so he knows how to make an amp feel also. To me, the feel/touch sensitivity/punchiness is a huge part of the amp.
