Another NGD!

[CarlF]

I've had a few of these thru the years. Always regretted selling the last one I had.
Been keeping an eye of Sweetwater and they recently reduced the price on the EC model Strats.
I got it for the reduced price an NO tax, so under 2K.
It set-up in 10 minutes and sounds killer.

[japetus]

Looks like a cheap piece of shit, hope you didn't give more than $400 for it.

In your case, what does it matter? You can't play.

It wouldn't be in my case, I'd throw it in the woodchipper.

Throw yourself in a Wood Chipper.

You gonna return that piece of shit guitar and rent me a wood chipper, so I can jump in?

How did you get away with no tax? Is that a SC thing?

He doesn't seem to have any taste either, so there's that as well

[CarlF]

It is what it is! It’s a Clapton Strat. I always wanted one and they recently reduced the price, so I had to get it.

It wasn’t my regular Sweetwater representative either, it was somebody else that picked up the phone on Saturday. They were willing to deal a little bit, in fact, if they didn’t take the tax off, I probably wouldn’t have bought the guitar. I’m sick of paying tax.

I can never get them to budge on the price at all.

You just reminded me, I used to own a Candy Apple Red Yngwie. It’s too bad they don’t offer that color no more, it was beautiful.

It’s also too bad they don’t offer the Eric Clapton model in 7-Up Green. I love that color too.
