Aracom PRX150-Pro attenuator

After getting my Vox AC50 back from the shop and remember how load this amp is, I have been mildly looking into attenuators. The Aracom seems to be the rage on the TGP. Has anyone tried one. They are pricey at $650....

Yes, please give details. I have the Faustine Phantom and it's the best I've had so far. I'd still like to know about that 20lb amp sized Aracom though.

Will do. I hope to do a few demos too. Yeah, its big and heavy, but also uses some patented technology. Jeff at Aracom wrote a thesis on attenuators on the site.

Cool. Yeah, I know all about it, spoke with Jeff too, nice guy. I was just one of the fortunate ones to get early on the Faustine and I had just taken delivery of it when the Aracom was announced. I have no complaints with it whatsoever with my 100w NMV but always wondering about the rest There is a mean ass player at TGP who has been using the Faustine for a while now, did a great demo, he just took delivery of the Aracom now, it will be interesting to hear what he has to report.

I find the richter to be a tad bit to warm at low volumes?is that what you guyd have found?
