If Rick Allen loses his house will Def Leppard do Home the Armless?
No, he has one too many arms

I have a great respect for communism and what it brought to the world.
The fall of USSR was a tragedy for the whole world, but surely it needs to have a brain to realize it.
I would love to ask him, since his left arm is gone, is his right arm left.If Rick Allen loses his house will Def Leppard do Home the Armless?
Excellent point!
Alot of folks give what they can.
Possibly the folks who reap an extreme amount of reward for "raging" about the plight of the downtrodden might want to give a meaningful amount back to the cause that they profit off of no?! Just a thought ya know.
In good faith and to put their money where their mouth is so to speak, aligning with the message they preach...
I hear you man!I was agreeing with you, but I'm afraid it didn't come out that way. It just seems people who speak the loudest about what others should do with their money -- especially those they consider "rich" -- aren't willing to follow suit with their own $$$.
Well to be fair you didn't become a millionaire by writing songs telling people how to live and what to do.I hear you man!
In truth, if I am going to criticize Tom I need to look at myself and see if I could help fellow human beings in need more as well.
His "Arm the homeless" guitar was a very expensive, custom guitar when he bought it.I mentioned in another thread, but there's a non-zero chance that his endorsements are a joke. Fans of his message wouldn't be buying this stuff (they'd be assembling it from parts like he did). Instead he's relieving consumer capitalists of their money.
And then he realized that wasn't the thing for him and used a rando neck he pulled from a bin.His "Arm the homeless" guitar was a very expensive, custom guitar when he bought it.
And a million other parts. Still not the same sort of situation you’d expect from a broke ass social justice warrior though. Probably more like a pawn shop Mexican Strat and whatever shit could be salvaged elsewhere, paid for by selling meth. And then he realized that wasn't the thing for him and used a rando neck he pulled from a bin.
Fair point. Then it was largely made up of veterans the government trained to be killers and then ignored and dumped back into society with little or no effort to re-insert them in a dignified and self sustainable way. Now it's largely entitled, overindulged children of fucking hippies who failed to teach their kids that actions had consequences and so does lack of action.I suppose it’s fair to point out the homeless community is very different now vs 1992. But there never was a time that made sense to “Arm” them. These days they are largely made up of drug addicts and mentally deranged.

America used to have a homeless problem, now we have a mental illness problem.
We used to have insane asylums but it got too expensive so they just let them out into the streets.Even more important, certain kinds of judges and DAs keep releasing these LUNATICS to prey on innocent people. They should be forcibly detained once they've demonstrated they are predators or would be predators.

My brother worked as a carpenter in Creedmore, NYC. It's amazing how they let the crazies out all the time.
All by design!!Even more important, certain kinds of judges and DAs keep releasing these LUNATICS to prey on innocent people. They should be forcibly detained once they've demonstrated they are predators or would be predators.
What is that?Offer them the Canadian Solution.
