I've yet to see a direct response to this below. Something tells me we never will. Don't address it for me, do it for the others that wait for owed amps.
"What several people did confirm (and Brad never disputed) is that Mark gets a percentage of on-going profit or whatever. Since Brad admits that he doesn't know where Mark is, it still doesn't diminish or take away any of Mark's owed compensation. Since nothing is being paid to Mark, why can't 100% of Mark's owed money be put to his debts and to be used for the owed CCV's ...at build cost? Sure Brad is helping us, but it's not costing him anything financially at all! It's coming all from Mark Cameron".
In the interests of being rationale, I will show you the way to the light. All amounts quoted are
hypothetical, but likely not far from the truth.
Mark's licensing fee: 10% of
net profits
Mark up percentage over the cost to produce a new production CCV: 75% (i.e., profit margin is 43%)
Total cost to produce 1 CCV: $2,000
Sale price of new production CCV: $3,500
Now, let's do some Grade 3 math using the above.....
Net profit, per sale: 43% * $3,500 = $1,500
Mark's licensing fee, per sale: 10% * $1,500 = $150
Total sales to-date: 50
Total licensing fees owed Mark, to-date: 50 * $150 = 7,500
Now, assuming the licensing agreement requires Brad, Rob and Dave to withhold 100% of Mark's licensing fees until such time that the cost of all CCV's owed have been covered (which is likely
not the way the agreement with Mark was structured, given Mark's need for some immediate cashflow to fund his frozen pizza addiction), how many CCV's could the $7,500 cover? Again, let's do some Grade 3 math.....
Total licensing fees owed Mark to-date: $7,500
Total cost to produce 1 CCV: $2,000
Total CCVs covered by licensing fees owed to Mark to-date: 3
Considering "the story" is that Brad, Rob and Dave have delivered on 2 of the CCVs owed (albeit, they could in fact have delivered on more but simply choose not to broadcast this to the world), seems to me like they are tracking pretty well, no?.....
Remind me never to buy a Honda. I would be scared to think how badly I was overcharged for the vehicle given some sales rep's inability to do basic arithmetic.....
