Bands you like, but have no desire to play their music on guitar

Surprised no one said it but for me Pink Floyd, Zeppelin or the Doors. Love the music though but see no reason to learn/play their music.

A year or two ago I did learn Rain Song, that one is different (the first and maybe only? ballad). But I never play it because of the tuning (I know it can be faked in standard but it doesn't sound right to me).

I'm wirh you man. I'm a huge Zeppelin fan and want to play those songs but I feel like I need 900 guitars
 
On the opposite end the convo. I am really loving learning old INXS songs. Bored the regular metal
 
I pretty much never learn other peoples songs, haven't in over 20 years when I hit my 30s .. realised I just wanted to write my own shit .. hasn't go me anywhere though haha ...

but to answer your question ... I have never learnt any type o negative songs even though at the time of my last "real" band a couple of us were way into them.. maybe I should learn one
 
Probably Van Halen stuff. I think too many people try to sound like him and copy his licks that it has become kinda cliché in my eyes.

Still love the music tho, nothing takes that away.
