BE-100 Fx Loop

My BE-100 just arrived. It sounds ace!

My question is with the loop. Can I put a vol pedal in the loop? What pedal would work best?

Also, can the return knob on the loop be used as a second master vol?

Ideally a low impedance vol pedal. Set the front master to half and use the return level as your master.
